My name is Elizabeth Signer aka "The Fat Boxer". I’ve lost over 150 pounds after discovering I had a gluten intolerance! I weighed almost 400 pounds and was told I’d never get it off without the help of lap band surgery. Searching alternatives, I discovered the gluten issue. I gave up wheat, oats and barley and lost almost 80 pounds right away. This success led to more progress and I am currently chipping away at the remaining weight. My new book, Fat Boxing, A Guide to Weight Loss explains the simple process and philosophy I used. If you want to learn more, I write a weight loss article for Examiner.com where you can view my “report card”. I'm glad to know that there are others who share my views on the issues of gluten intolerance!
