It’s often difficult to know what foods to eat and which to avoid. Eating the wrong types of foods, even those we’ve been told are “healthy,” can lead to weight gain and accelerated stress levels, causing us to feel crappy and age more quickly.
In this talk, Karen & I will address a few of many important topics regarding weight management and correct some common misconceptions that are propagated throughout the food industry. We’ll share our top 3 secrets for weight loss, including how to jump-start a successful weight loss plan and which “health foods” you need to ditch. We’ll even serve a healthy snack! Personal trainer Pete Kinkaid will talk briefly about how exercise complements nutrition.
