What is your VIP Wellness Lab?

VIP Wellness Lab is a private membership community led by me, a certified nutrition consultant. You’ll get a monthly meal plan, a coaching call, support from the community, and bonuses as the program grows.

Who is VIP Wellness Lab for?

This membership is for anyone who wants done-for-you meal plans, regular guidance, motivation, inspiration and support to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

How do I pay?

You can pay by PayPal or credit card.

What happens after I join?

You can pay by PayPal or credit card.

Will I lose weight?

You might! This is not a weight loss plan, but the recipes in the meal plan + tips support healthy weight maintenance.

Will this involve extra work?

You can put as much or as little into your membership as you like! But the best part about it is the meal plans save you time.

Are the meal plans vegetarian?

There are vegetarian and vegan meal plans, but the meal plans are not exclusively vegetarian.

How do I cancel?

I’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel at any time (again, not entirely sure how to cancel.)
