King salmon
spices or a marinade
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275F.
Coat salmon lightly with olive oil.
Apply salmon rub of your choice. NOTE: if marinating, you'll need to let it marinate an hour ahead of time.
Put it in the oven and
start checking it after 20 minutes
. It can take anywhere from 20-30 minutes depending on your oven.
When it’s done it won’t look like typical cooked salmon. It may still look a bit pearly, but it’ll flake like salmon that’s finished.
