A delicious fiber-rich pumpkin spiced smoothie
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana, preferably frozen
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen optional
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds optional
- water as needed
