Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Mary Vance, NC
Roasted cabbage wedges are super easy to make. They’re ready in less than an hour of mostly passive cooking time. Cabbage wedges become tender and caramelized with a natural sweetness that makes them the perfect side dish for grilled meats or a vegetarian dinner.
