Smoothie for Constipation Relief
Delicious morning smoothie to help you poop better.
- 1 -2 Kiwi Can also use use green tipped banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp MCT oil
- 1/4 cup Greek or vegan coconut yogurt
- handful spinach or arugula
- coconut milk, almond milk, or water as much or little as you need for desired thickness. Start out with 1/4 cup and work up
- 1 scoop PaleoCleanse
